It is built by Hypercubs for reproducing bugs, fixing flaky tests, and verifying agent and service behavior from captured execution evidence. DRC gives every execution an identity. Capture a run, replay it under controlled time, randomness, network, and side-effect policy, compare it to find the earliest divergence, and sign the outcome as evidence.
