Work with workspaces

A workspace is an isolated place for one team's executions and evidence. What is recorded inside a workspace stays inside its boundary. Only people you invite can open it.

Open your workspace

1. Sign in and open the workspace list from the account menu or the workspace link.
2. Choose a workspace to enter it.
3. Confirm the workspace name in the header, next to the organization it belongs to when one exists.

Result: you are inside the workspace and can see its sections.

What a workspace holds

Open each section from the workspace header:

• Overview summarizes recent activity for the workspace.
• Executions lists recorded runs. Open one to replay it and inspect its details.
• Signals shows Continuous Verification and Continuous Compliance for the workspace. Configure both in [.drc/signal.yml](signal-yml.md).
• Evidence packs holds signed results you can share or export.
• Settings controls the workspace, including plan and billing for the organization.

Result: you know where every kind of data lives and where to go for each task.

Personal and team workspaces

Your account starts with one personal workspace for sharing recorded executions on the free plan. A team workspace belongs to your organization and holds shared work.

• Keep exploratory captures in a personal workspace until you know what they contain.
• Move team work into the organization workspace so members, roles, and billing apply.
• Check retention and deletion settings before recording production traffic anywhere.

Result: personal experiments and shared team work stay separated, and access follows the organization.
