Create an organization and invite your team
An organization is the paid, shared home for a team: one tenant boundary, one plan, and one list of members who open the organization's workspaces.
Start a Team plan
- Open pricing and choose Team, or start the team checkout from your workspace settings.
- At checkout, enter the organization name, the number of seats, and the emails of the people you want to invite.
- Pay with your card through the secure checkout. The organization is created after payment is confirmed.
Result: your organization exists, its workspace is ready, and invited teammates receive an invitation email.
Invite teammates
- Open the organization page from the account menu.
- Under Invite people, enter an email and choose a role: Admin, Developer, or Viewer.
- Send the invitation. The teammate accepts by following the link in the email.
Result: the person appears in the member list once they accept, and their seat is billed from the day they join.
Role guidance:
- Admin manages the organization, its members, and settings such as SSO.
- Developer records, replays, and works with executions day to day.
- Viewer can open workspaces and read what is recorded.
Manage seats and pending invites
Every person counts as one billed seat, including invites that have not been accepted yet.
- Open the organization page and check the people count under the header.
- Review Pending invitations and their expiry dates.
- Revoke an invitation if you sent it by mistake or the person no longer needs access.
Result: seat usage matches reality and unneeded invites do not linger.
Where organizations fit with workspaces
- Organization members open the team workspace from the Workspaces area.
- SSO is configured at the organization level. See Set up SSO for your organization after your first member joins.
- Personal workspaces from the free plan remain on your account and are not part of the organization.
Result: the organization owns team data, and personal work stays separate.
